Bleach

The series begins in the human world, with the sudden entry of a stranger into Ichigo's bedroom. This stranger is Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper (in the Japanese version, a shinigami, literally God of Death). After an ensuing conversation, Ichigo and Rukia are forced into combat against a hollow (evil spirit). Rukia is disabled, and forced to transfer her power into Ichigo, transforming him into a Soul Reaver. As it turns out, Ichigo is very powerful, and even has a semi-unique zanpukat�? (sword that is his primary weapon, it is much larger than most). Ichigo makes quick work of the hollow, and Rukia leaves. The next day, she shows up in his classroom, apparently a normal human student. It turns out that Ichigo has completely absorbed her abilities, and she must recover them by using a temporary human form, Gigai. It is later revealed that the Gigai she entered was specially designed by Urahara and given to her. In the mean-time, Ichigo must take over her job, cleansing the hollows in the region. As Ichigo get involved in a closer friendship level to Rukia, Ichigo got more to know about Shinigami life and its issues.

Renton Thurston is a dreamer. His idol is a Ref Boarder named Holland, from an organisation named Gekko State. Secretly, there has been a battling competition to become the next "God". This battle requires its participant to choose a student as a combatant and in order to won the battle, has to be given an ability.

One of the participant is Kobayashi a home room teacher, who choose Kosuke Ueki to become his combatant and pass Ueki his ability.

Given an ability to turn garbage into trees, Ueki has to battle against many other junior high students to become the next "God". As winner, the "God" will receive a "blank ability" which can be anything according to its user.

Lelouch was a prince until the day his mother was murdered and his sister Nunnally was paralyzed and blinded. Now in high school he's bored with life, playing Chess with rich aristocrats to stave off boredom while caring for his little sister. Then one day he meets a mysterious woman named CC who offers him power. He accepts and with this power he calls Geass, he adorns a mask calling himself Zero. He then begins to gather warriors calling themselves the Black Knights. His ultimate goal to overthrow Britannia and recreate a perfect utopia where his sister can live a life of peace.
R2 is a direct sequel to the main series. Lelouch is back to his old ways of playing chess with aristocrats. His life and memories of being Zero suppressed. His sister Nunnally somehow replaced with a brother named Rolo. CC finds him a year later and is able to restore his memories and his power with it. Remembering who is really is, heâ's determined to get back to doing what he'd started a year ago as well as find out what happen to his sister!
